Sample Answer
Phase 1:
Interlocutor: Good morning! Can I have your mark sheets, please? I'm Mr. Johnson, and this is Mrs. Martinez.
Candidate A: Good morning! Sure, here's my mark sheet.
Candidate B: Hi! No problem, here's mine.
Interlocutor: Thank you. Now, Candidate A, what's your name, and where do you come from?
Candidate A: I'm Sarah, and I'm from Oakwood High School.
Interlocutor: Great, Sarah. And Candidate B, your name and where you come from?
Candidate B: I'm Alex, and I come from Crestwood Secondary School.
Interlocutor: Nice to meet you both. Sarah, what subjects do you study?
Sarah: I'm into Biology, Literature, and History.
Interlocutor: Interesting choices. And Alex, what subjects are you taking?
Alex: I'm more into Physics, Economics, and Computer Science.
Interlocutor: Excellent. Now, do you both live with your families?
Sarah: Yes, I live with my parents and two younger sisters.
Interlocutor: And Alex?
Alex: I live with my mom and my cat, Whiskers.
Interlocutor: Sounds lovely.
Phase 2:
Interlocutor: Alright, let's switch gears. Sarah, how do you get to school every day?
Sarah: I usually take the bus. It's a short ride.
Interlocutor: Got it. And Alex, how about you?
Alex: I walk to school. It's good exercise, and I enjoy the stroll.
Interlocutor: Nice. Sarah, what do you like doing after school?
Sarah: I'm part of the school's art club, so I spend my afternoons there. I love painting.
Interlocutor: That's wonderful. And Alex, any after-school activities for you?
Alex: I play the guitar in the school band, and sometimes I help out in the coding club.
Interlocutor: Impressive! Well, thank you both for sharing a bit about yourselves. It's been great getting to know you.
