Diseases Fact File

Pneumonia

• Description: Inflammatory lung condition, often caused by infections.
• Symptoms: Cough, fever, shortness of breath, chest pain.

Rabies

• Description: Viral disease affecting the nervous system, transmitted through animal bites or scratches.
