How it changed him / her: volleyball showed him how to be much more confident, cooperative and open-minded. It’s important for you to do your best to help your teammates on and off the field in every possible way.

What happened: as she is crazy about nature, she decided to travel to Italy on a cooking adventure.
How it changed him / her: she experienced something she thought she could only dream of and also learnt the importance of being careful about what she ate.

What happened: he was a waiter at a department store. He saw people eating and drinking in the café and noticed them treating him as if he were invisible.
How it changed him / her: smiling takes very little effort and yet this simple action can make the day wonderful for someone.
