Soluzione
Basic school rules concern punctuality, respect for others, and homework.
Detention means you stay after school, not that you are removed from lessons.
Community service is an alternative sanction, not the strictest form of punishment.
Students may follow the rules more willingly if they understand and agree with them.
Prefects help supervise their schoolmates' behavior but are not solely responsible for punishment.
Rules must strike a balance between being clear and detailed to be effective.
