You have recently bought a product which doesn't work. Here are some notes you have started for the written complaint you want to make about the product. Add one or two sentences to each note. Use the phrases in the LANGUAGE FOCUS box to write your complaint.

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to follow up on a problem with the new printer I purchased from your store on 15 February. Unfortunately, the printer does not work despite my best efforts to set it up according to the instructions provided. It fails to power on and does not print any documents.

I previously emailed you ten days ago regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive a response or resolution. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for the defective product.
