Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received. A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a suit from your company to wear to a wedding; however, the suit was too small. I returned it, and you kindly exchanged it for a larger size. Unfortunately, the replacement suit is the wrong color, and the zip on the trousers is not functioning correctly.

As it is now too late for the wedding, I have returned the suit. I would be grateful if you could arrange a full refund for the suit, including the cost of postage.
