Soluzione
He or she speaks for his or her school class.
The class.
A good rep should be a good listener, organised, assertive and fair.
The rep organises class assemblies, makes notes of all the problems the class talks about and takes them to the council.
They have to tolerate criticism, represent ideas that he or she disagrees with and stay calm when discussing ideas he or she feels strong about.
They need to believe in representation, that everyone needs to have a voice and that people in positions of authority should listen.
